What is your return policy for pickleball paddles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused paddles in their original packaging. If you have played with the paddle and are unsatisfied, please contact our support team regarding our performance guarantee.
Do 11SIX24 paddles come with a warranty?
Yes, all our paddles include a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, or edge guard damage from ground impact.
How should I clean and maintain my carbon fiber paddle?
To maintain grit and spin, we recommend using a specialized grip eraser or a damp microfiber cloth after play. Avoid leaving your paddle in extreme heat, such as inside a hot car.
Do you offer international shipping?
